About Larry, Your Inspector
Larry Moyer attended the University of Michigan and also studied engineering at General Motors Institute (GMI), now known as Sloan Institute in Flint, Michigan.
During the late '60s, he served as project manager and layout designer for the south Florida commercial division franchise holder for the Maytag Commercial Laundry Equipment Division. Larry worked hand in hand with contractors to implement his designs and install Maytag Highlander Center coin operated laundries which were being opened in major shopping centers throughout south Florida.
Larry entered the real estate profession in 1969 and sold residential and commercial properties during his years of residence in both Michigan and south Florida.
In 1991, he joined a flourishing property inspections firm in Ft. Lauderdale which serviced all of Southeast Florida and earned a partnership in the company. In 1996, he launched his own private inspection company. Since 1991, Larry has personally completed more than 13,000 inspections including everything from single family homes to corporate office buildings, warehouses, motels/hotels and entire apartment complexes. There's very little that he hasn't encountered at least once before.
Larry is a thoroughly knowledgeable, unbiased and completely ethical professional, someone in whom all parties involved can have the utmost confidence. Continuing education for his annual NC license renewal and ASHI membership renewal gives a state-of-the-art edge to his skills. He encourages client consultation following the inspection report as part of his service at no additional charge.
